Structures may not be occupied until a Conditional Certificate of Occupancy or a Certificate of Occupancy has been issued. The owner, builder, or general contractor in charge of a project is responsible for paying all outstanding fees, resolving any outstanding issues, arranging for and then obtaining the Conditional Certificate of Occupancy or Certificate of Occupancy.
